Exceptional work, great prices!

My wife and I were blown away by the quality of workmanship and professionalism of NW Granite and Marble. The sales staff (Joe Lynch) was great to work with and gave us many helpful suggestions as well as a good price for our job. The installers were meticulous and worked long into the evening to make sure the seams were perfect and everything was installed correctly. Sergiu, the owner, even came out for the last four hours to make sure everything was done to his satisfaction. They spent the better part of an hour making sure our island was secured correctly and our stove was absolutely level, taking care of details other installers would have let slip by. We got bids from Priceless, Venetian and a number of other installers and we saw examples of their work as well. No one came close to NW Granite for quality and value. If you take pride in your home and want to be treated with respect, talk with NW Granite and they will take good care of you.

This was the first time we had contractors in our home and the process was a bit daunting. I took bids from Costco, Priceless and NW Granite and talked to many other companies. Joe at NW Granite made me feel at ease at once. Then when I got his bid and estimated turn around time, I was blown away. It's not just the price per square foot, it is the other charges such as demolition, cut outs, edges, etc. that get your price up and NW Granite came out the best deal. This was not a typical case of "You get what you pay for." Joe met us at the granite yard and walked us through the process--he was patient and knowledgable. (The guys at Pental, by the way, are great!). The installers were professional, polite, skilled and neat. From placing my order to my new countertops was a little over a week. The actual install was less than a day. (Costco's wait time was a month and the process would take three days). When a bottle fell on my countertop and ...

I was very happy with our recent kitchen granite install. Their service and prices far surpassed the other quotes we received, including Costco and Priceless. Their turnaround time was quick from order to install (a little over a week). The actual install took less than a day (for a 55 sq foot kitchen), but the installers never seemed rushed--they took their time.The quality of work was excellent. The templaters and installers were very professional, skilled and neat. There was only a tiny bit of dust on my fridge to clean--everything else was perfect. I highly recommend NW Granite and Marble.

We wanted to do a special granite top on our kitchen island. We talked to Home Depot and found out it would take 2 weeks to get a countertop with them and we would be without a stovetop or counter for that whole time. This was not possible for us and so we found Northwest Granite and Marble and they did the job in less than 2 hours and it was cheaper than Home Depot. The house was immaculate when they left and I couldn't have been happier with the price, service and installation. Very happy to recommend them to anyone wanting Granite countertops in the future.

Having work done on our home over the years has always been a challenge. Some trade people will provide a good experience prior to winning a bid and some will do a good job delivering a product. NW Granite not only provided superior quality in their countertops but also made the buying experience pleasant and educational. I don't think that we could have had the same results from the other companies we considered. Lastly they have been supportive after the fact with information and flexibility. We are very gald we chose them.

Had a great experience with NW granite last summer during our remodel including ease of communication and on time work. Workmanship was excellent. They really gave us the time to get the best use from two slabs as we laid out all possible pattern combinations. In the end we got the perfect result. Gene and Sharon Bellevue.
